My "contact", if you want to call it that told me...and I quote

"I called SAMs and spoke to Surge. Surge, the owner confirmed that he had sold SAM's to Petar and his guys. He received a cash buyout and stock shares."
Surge had told my "contact" that he was going to open an account so that he could cash the shares" SAMs HAS BEEN SOLD

Some ex-employees of SAMs are now working at Sulja's.
