Given what you report, if verified, the WS is in a pile of DooDoo. If they have reported as material fact somehting which causes this stock to tank and it turns out later that it was either unchecked, or fabricated, I can see the parasitic lawyers going after their butts every bit rather aggressively.

And I would believe that if the mis-reporting is shown to be due to malfeasance by Rennie, he could be in some serious hurt as well.

Nick: Reguarding cas buyout and stocks. If an account was opened and shares sold, than that is a fact thar gentlemen did not own shares at the time of interview. Had the reporter asked have you ever owned shares of this stock. we may have gotten a different response. As being paid for in cash, and as to what amount, I am sure that EVERYONE on this board reports to the IRS, every amount of money they recieved durring tax file, Because I KNOW that we are HONEST, HAVE INTEGRITY, AND ALWAYS TELLS THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.
