This is just unfathomable - FDA asked Amarin not to PR the AdCom news until FDA puts it in their registry, but Thero gave them the finger... here is the insane part:

FDA still did not enter that info onto their page!

So the FDA wanted Amarin to proceed up to present, with such crucial information known by FDA & AMRN, but not the public!?

Thero is a smart guy, he knows that he cannot proceed to the AdCom as if things are normal, because they are not. It is a very fine and delicate line that he needs to walk on: working with FDA but knowing that they are the enemy.

I don't know what I would do if I was him. Depending on what I saw with the FOIA documents, I may have gotten the DOJ involved. Some will think that I am being over the top - fine. I'm just not ready to walk into the execution den, as they did in 2013, and I see plenty of evidence of a repeat.
