The only logical explanation is that someone got to the FDA and I am not insinuating that anything criminal has occurred.

We all know who that someone is and its absolutely cowardly for FDA to act the way they did. If he / his report is the reasoning for this delay, every single one of these clowns should be fired immediately - they could not figure out themselves that they needed an AdCom, they needed that clown to tell them?!

I have pretty good evidence that I have identified his accomplice - this person was not named in the FOIA request but I did share his info with Amarin last week. I am waiting for my friend who is a Google engineer to get back from vacation to verify something, so that I can be 100% certain and I will then reveal who he is. All I will say for now is that he is an associate professor at a university, whose identity Giardino is fighting hard to protect.
