When someone walks across a room and marks part of the path that he travels, there won't be any difference between the beginning of his path and the end of it, but the GERS milestone that I mentioned has a crystal clear difference between its' beginning and its' end. Before the July 17th, it was common to see trades in GERS stock being made at 9.35¢/share, but after July 17th, there haven't been any trades made at 9.35¢/share. The price has been trending down since July 17th.
