> "RF" implied thru-out v. Cisco's broader channel definition
'679 = 116 times
'565 = 99 times

I'm not sure how relevant the appeal is considering the "EXACT" specifications of the other 2 patents.

Each patent and claims, I'm sure, is based on it's own merits, but if took the totality of the 3 patents together, "RF" would be implied throughout '822.

Also, I liked his last 2 minute rebuttal. Put focus back on point.
