If it was finalized completely and all signatures are on contract we should be getting a PR ASAP. This is without a doubt 'pertinent' information that must be disclosed to all stockholders. I am only saying that we are getting this information second hand here on a message board. Definitely NOT anything like an official company PR to the investment world. Although I have no reason to doubt our provider of this 'good' news as a done deal, I assume we all will feel much better and more confident when we hear the same from the company. The delay for that just might be because of some details that need still to be ironed out. When company says 'done deal' and we get that straight from the horse's mouth, I will feel much better. That's all I meant.
