There is no doubt that a PR will not be given until BOTH parties involved are together on when to announce. One going public with the deal without consent of the partner involved, is not the way you start a good relationship with that partner. Many specifics must be finalized with such a deal in the making, that it would be unprofessional to jump the gun on declaring finalization. Our PR man knows this, so no specifics were given. Hopefully he stopped short of giving details but felt very comfortable that all i's will be dotted and t's crossed soon , thus the insinuation of a deal announced soon, in this report to stockholders. At least, that is the way I am looking at this. Much egg on face for our sales king, if this is just smoke and NOT fire!
