The goal is to force FDA Compliance. The FDA has collaborated with the industry to slow, stop, steal Vascepa franchise.... if the FDA wants to get implicated in doing so then they won’t cooperate with the FOIA requests.

I think the FDA will cave and cooperate; remember, Amarin is weeks away from filing CP to FDA to make synthetic Ethyl Esters and TRIG concentrates illegal drugs.
