You make it sound as if it’s impossible for two companies to ever engage in strategic partnerships. The world isn’t black and white. Most things happen in the middle area.

Believe it or not, it’s actually possible for two companies (in our example, QEDN and GMS) to partner up for mutually beneficial reasons. Anyone with any inkling of business sense understands this concept.
