Not splitting hairs. Kate refuses to state what relationship, if any, exists between GMS and QEDN. Anyone that has done their research knows QEDN sent tens of thousands of dollars to GMS in 2017. Despite QEDN paying GMS, QEDN has no revenue in the last three years. If these are GMS opportunities why are they GMS opportunities and not QEDN opportunities. The shareholders should be upset QEDN paid GMS but it appears any revenue is going to GMS and not QEDN.

Why is Kate allowing GMS to even sit at the table. These should be QEDN opportunities and there should be no mention of GMS.
