If the SEC lets all of these "Well worded" documents go through them, for years, AND Zion gets cleared by the SEC down the road, would you still believe in the SEC?

Again, SEC doesn't clear a company of PR pumps. Especially ones that have plausible deniability. At no point in the MJ1 saga did Brown claim there was an oil flow, at a stated rate of bbls/hr. Instead it was bbls "fluids"/day. Just because SHs interpolated "fluids" to be oil, instead of stimulation fluids, and/or water doesn't makes Brown's claim false. He said "fluids". So what SEC regulation did Brown break with his claim? Answer: None.

Then one will know the accounting is clean, and no SEC regulations per insider enrichment were broken. Neither does it change there has been no accrued value for SHs in over a decade, with only dry wells being drilled every few years.

And yes, I would still believe in the SEC's ability to investigate whether securities regulations were broken.

You might be waiting a couple of years. Unless $25M pops out of the ground by December, the stock is heading to the OTC- FACT.

If the SEC says anything, it will be in a litigation notice. The SEC does not comment on ongoing investigation, or a completed investigation. And it's unclear why you imply the SEC needs "to get this right"? ZN, and its auditor need "to get this right".

Also note, unlike the SEC, ZN can comment on an ongoing investigation. Share with SHs the issues, and their response. Microcraps seldom do so, and ZN has also been silent. If the SEC clears them, the SEC will send a Termination Notice to ZN stating the investigation is closed. Again, no announcement to the market by the SEC. But ZN will be free to announce such an event. If they ever receive one. Else the investigation remains open.
