If management REALLY cared for the stockholders, Share dilution would be the last resort.

I was having a hard time trying to figure out why?

The other part of the puzzle that was bothering me is the 50% ownership in FMNJ Bolivia O&G.

I now understand why the focus is on O&G and mining is on the back burner.

Having sold my company to a fortune 500 company, I now understand.
