It is my opinion that the share dilution and the heavy selling is a sign management is also heading for the exits. I have seen this happen so many times.


I have no proof... but it wouldn't be the first time the pump and dump scam has been run on the unsuspecting public.

Last year around this time there were 1 billion shares out. Now there are 2.5 billion. Who got the other 1.5 billion and for what exactly?
