I don’t believe that a company can itself get bluesheet information directly from FINRA. That request can only come from the SEC. The company can alert either FINRA or the SEC of suspected issues who could then make a request from brokers via the EBS but that data only goes to the SEC. Broker SAR’s can also trigger the SEC to request bluesheet info.
