As stated earlier today, many of the AE's were simply an indication of BBB penetration.
Liver toxicity and mitochondrial dysfunction are the source of many of the side effects in current medicines, especially CNS. Since that isn't an issue with 2-73 I do not expect the list of AE's will be "similar to other drugs".
