8K reports do not apply to Canada nor the Ontario Mining Board. He needs to file the 43-101 to both agencies. 8k's are meaningless in Canada. Unless he can provide who did the assays, provide the assay results, that is pure speculation. No surprise he withdrew from being an SEC reporter because that kind of drivel would land him in serious trouble. Those are a complete waste of time. lol
