It is imperative to research every OTC stock on EDGAR to determine if that stock is registered with the SEC in contrast to OTC stocks that are not registered with the SEC.

If the stock is registered with the SEC and is delinquent in their Financials by at least one year DO NOT BUY that stock.

To research EDGAR only input the company name without inputting Corp., Inc., Ltd., or any other suffix.
