Who knows!? Anything is possible in the otc. The ce &expert market tags may be hard to overcome but is possible. I don't know of any experts that moved back to pink but someday it'll happen. I too have been surprised by the periodic volume and often at decent prices though I haven't bought it or sold it in long time. This company has a truly incredible share structure if Moes were to bring it back, and with the number of privately held shares there is a significant profit motive in doing so.

Maybe there's life here yet....had great potential at one point. Still holding & have tried to unsuccessfully add under 10.

I don't have inside info on those paper nut people. We don't have any contact nor do we want to have any with them. We are a completely different company. Just because we have one of the similar product doesn't mean we are connected with them. Please before moving forward and pointing the finger at Void fill with any claims we are connected with them do some checking first. I do have some understanding why people would be frustrated and pissed about this whole thing with paper nuts. But nothing to do with us.

Wonder how they plan to thread this needle. Without previous announcement through PR or SEC it appears as though management has abscounded with concepts (intellectual property), patented equipment, and God knows what else and formed a new venture at the expense of the AXMM share holders. Since there has been no other indications what else are we to assume. Does anyone know a good class action lawyer?

It is imperative to research every OTC stock on EDGAR to determine if that stock is registered with the SEC in contrast to OTC stocks that are not registered with the SEC.

If the stock is registered with the SEC and is delinquent in their Financials by at least one year DO NOT BUY that stock.

To research EDGAR only input the company name without inputting Corp., Inc., Ltd., or any other suffix.
