yes, I agree on sNDA approval before initiation of coverage most likely.

Banks have to be very careful with their Chinese Walls these days so that would represent a reasonable gap between their fees, and cheap shares on the offering and their... ahem...."impartial" coverage a couple of months later.

Same for JPM I would hope.
