The best for insomnia and anxiety and depression. Which I discovered I had and wondered why I self medicated with weed for so long. It was life saver and I didn't even know it at the time. I just tore my rotator cup playing basketball at the YMCA 20 weeks ago and start physical therapy today. Sure would be nice if state of VA would legalize weed so I could get some now.
