I think MM is referring to the Joint Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement plus any revised docs of the Plan.
He or she can correct me if I'm wrong, you should find the main docs for the plan here, if it goes to the main page then click the tab labeled KEY DOCUMENTS. GLTY
