Is this consortium Missling’s doing? I’m wondering who led this initiative to begin. Wondering if the members were hand selected or was it open. Interesting.

Cannot say where it started but my guess is Dr.M. was involved w/initial strategic initiative. I have been involved myself in some of this and can say it is usually fitting pegs in holes based on strengths and perceived needs. The patent app w/Cognision started 2 years ago. We know Cognision was already in ERP-AI bus but not sure how big they were.

The needs for growth and rapid expansion cannot be handled by a company the size of AVXL. IMO, Dr.M. quickly assembled key known resources and explained his capabilities and the plans/needs. That took at least a year and it would have been pretty much full time effort. I also think that HH went to the Elasai corp. office to make sure all the pieces were fitting and he needed to do that from there inside spot, as a cultural thing. This is just too massive to be done by the old corp. structure. They must all act as one organism. They all had to think and act on a level far above current organizational thinking. That is how big this is, IMO and little Anavex is the critical element. W/O them none of this makes any sense.

You may know that getting linked w/current FDA licensed/registered sites is a big deal (years to do that alone) and one does not want to start that from scratch, you and I would never get our money back as shareholders. IMO, he (M) must have told the chosen few what the CNS Cellular Homeostasis data/story looked like and they jumped on it. None of the consortium makes sense unless you have the SPICE-(see sci fi movie Dunes?)which in this case is A2-73.

So, we have a consortium capable of SW/HW interface with FDA validation systems in place. We have world class operations, sales, purchasing, etc along w/ full scale warehouses, controls, logistics. All the stuff that takes years to get in place. We have WW presence and best of all, seemingly no one O/S caught on. (I do not believe that, which makes the current sp all the more a mystery). Either BP-WS has been completely asleep or they are really a lot dumber and arrogant than anyone could have imagined. So, anyways, they are screwed. IMO, some day soon they will get it, perhaps the peer reviewed paper will be a trigger event.

I have no idea how he did it, but he did, and there is not enough money in the universe to stop them now, IMO. I have a hard time understanding how this got done so quickly. The one real big point is that NONE of it makes any sense unless A2-73 and other such AVXL patented compounds works, which must have been somehow demonstrated. BTW, they will keep this low key for as long as possible but once it does blossom, it will go nuclear. IMO. It is just brilliant planning.
