VIBI....took up an initial position today...with an updated a/s of 4 bill and the o/s of 2,037,022,424 from july 23 2019,not at all concerned with a r/s as they have plenty of room left.....lots otc stocks have way higher a/s.....10,15,20 billion so this is a minnow by comparison in that area in otc land....imo....and as well no stop sign as many have
