I doubt the Market believes that the private investor who financed 100% of the Tempe Site is going to own less than 90% of that Café

Show me the Partnership Agreement. Why is FUNN being so vague about this very important piece of information?

Opening a café is not a material event in the eyes of the OTCM. Did chipotle file an 8K for every single location they opened?
