I find it interesting on the second Prospectus, page one it mentioned that the DCVax-L trial had 348 patients enrolled and has a FDA partial hold.
The second Prospectus will sell up to 150 million dollars in shares, warrants. etc. So now I am wondering if NWBO believes, one of the following three:
1. DCVax-L is efficacious and needs to bring it to market
2. They need to start DCVax-D trial since there is no route for DCVax-L FDA approval
3. That DCVax-L and DCVax-D both can be brought to market soon.

Interesting days ahead. IMO
