For the sake of shareholders like you, I hope you are right. I really do. What concerns me is when I see things like NY being compensated over $800K in cash and a large disproportionate number of options issued to him when compared to the other employees.
Another reason I can see him issuing himself more shares and/or options is that there is most likely a large group of shareholders who previously supported him but now longer do due to the decrease in share price. They wouldn’t have enough shares to remove him from the board, but may want to replace him as CEO.
