2. Why would this market ever be brought to LIBE? Conway has no expertise, except as a sucker borrower. These lenders don't need a new capital structure, they're doing just fine, as is. Continuing to hold this vape retailer will provide you no assistance in revenue generated by lenders.

Lenders are only ever going to hurt LIBE and it's shareholders. They'll never give you a slice of their pie.
