Globetel filed in Federal Court yesterday a motion to delay answering the complaint which was due Dec. 1st. Globetel asked for a further 19 day extension to file it's answers and also noted in continuance request that it intends to file a motion to dismiss the case as well. The plantiffs were unopposed to the request for extension but plantiffs also requested an extension to file an opposition to the defendants request for dismissal to be due Feb. 20th which the defense council was unopposed to as well. So now Globetel's answer to the complaint as well as a motion for dismissal is due Dec 20th and plaintiffs answer/opposition to answer dismissal request is due Feb. 20th.
