It sure does look that way. I was wondering when some of those shares would start showing up. I'm glad they're selling at these levels rather than killing a future price appreciation. If there's a short position that's been suppressing the price, perhaps they can cover now and take the lid off.

I'm curious what the preferred B shares are. If I had to guess, I'd say they will be used to move Doug's control shares out of the common OS, along with any others who wish to join him as a long term investor. That should reduce the common by more than 50%.
