we have no idea when the shares of USSP will be given...could be months...They haven't given us any details. I think many here are under the assumption that USSP will begin trading on Dec 2nd.. IMO< USSP will have to find another shell company. Also read my last post about the dividend...this could be very different because it's a stock divy, not cash. Anyone who sells their USSE shares after Dec 1, before the actual divy pay-out..might not get the divy.
