Brian Conway I’ve been pretty clear as to why things happen the way they have. For the record, nothing has ever failed because of our company or any actions we’ve taken. Share price and debt amount (which was well over $2 million when I got here) May have been factors for some, but always disclosed before any Letter of Intent. They were never deal breakers. You don’t know the half of the deals that never made it that far as the status of the company has been a huge deterrent. Three multi million companies called inquiring about us after the filing yesterday because it showed that LIBE was clean, no comments from the SEC. The R.S. announcement made us have value again."
