What a piece of crap CEO. Five freaking years and all he has to show is reduction of debt VIA conversions and dilution. Yet, he wants to talk up all the deals he ever 'considered.' Talk is cheap, as are LOIs, why can't he complete a deal. Shirking responsibilities for maybe one or two of the suitors backing out is one thing. Stating that ALL suitors backing out of the deal, is not LIBE's fault, is ridiculous. He's an incompetent failure.
