You have a point. The prior settlement didn't involve the young girls Epstein recruited. The SDNY won't be secretive by any stretch of the imagination.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
