I wouldn't put anything past what highly paid defense lawyers will do. But cutting a deal seems the most likely outcome if other perps are involved.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
