I wonder if anyone can point me to a clinical trial that was successful with a p value similar to V's in Reduce-It where another trial later showed the opposite results?

For me, the significance of the p value would dictate that another trial would not show anything substantially different than what R-I did. So for those docs to clamor for another trial shows their lack of understanding of trials and p values.
