ILT ... Your friend is probably on an anti platelet drug like Ticagrelor ( Brilinta ) and his Cardiologist may be concerned about an increased risk of bleeding . There is no reversal agent approved yet for Ticagrelor although one worked well in a recent trial run by Dr Bhatt JMO Kiwi
