I have a similar anecdote, last weekend I had some old college friends over for a bbq. One friend (who had a heart attack 2 years ago) mentioned that his doctor was very excited about a new drug and prescribed it for him. It turned out to be , of course, vascepa. Apparently the doctor was raving about the recent trial results and was very enthused.
Unfortunately, when my buddy went to fill the script he learned the cost was "like a car payment". He decided against it. I told him about the V coupon and sent him a link. I hope he fills it. I also sent him the link to Bhaats video .
