Those are some of the most successful MJ stocks I've tracked for the last 2 years. At this time, all of those stocks are down big time from their all time highs.

Mr. Bradley, the reasons why the stock is down is the overall general market and your mis-management of resources. Mr. Bradly, any time you talk of restructuring, investors think you are talking about restructuring the stock in order to increase PPS. Mr. Bradley, if you do a restructure of the stock, you will hurt or kill the company and will never be able to upgrade to a higher exchange.

In order to increase the PPS, you need to produce a product. That isn't not hard to understand--get those seeds in the ground and get some orders coming in from a large conglomerates like P&G, etc. The stock will take of itself. You don't need to manipulate the stock by doing a RS. When you start messing with the stock in this way, there are unforeseen consequences. WARNING TO YOU: RESTRUCTURE THE COMPANY NOT THE STOCK!
