255.1 lbs this am.....WOOO HOOO!!! New low since diet started, started 292lbs, goal low 220's, maybe a lil lower, not sure yet.....so far so goooood!!! My way of keeping myself accountable by posting here on the way, sorry for not talking stocks here and there.....But wish you guys would talk about anything ya like here....
