257.1 lbs this am....had a Drs appt yesterday and my blood pressure after losing 35 pounds was 124/76 Monday and 120/72 yesterday. Dr says I can cut BP medicine in half, lowest dosage there is I'll be on next 4 months and if I lose another 35 lbs and hit my low 220's goal and my BP is still great, can stop taking it all together..... smile
