I thought they got a late timescale to come up with an opinion in a further years time, several years after approval, which may or may not be positive.
They already got an early; 'we will not fund' from UK and France, some years back.

Their strategy appears to be 'charge six times what it is worth in terms of ICER's and still hope to get a third of the potential market, thereby doubling profit.'
