Just because 8 years ago they failed to generate expected revenue does not mean they won’t generate significant revenue in the future.
Once you outright fail like that, you create a lot of skepticism about the stock. This is a stock you could watch until they have been successful with the testing and then buy it. You won’t get it for 75 cents, but you will still make a lot of money.
In my experience, intelligent people learn from failure. If we didn’t have failure how would we learn. Lightwave appears to have high level intelligent people, and I am hopeful for good things.
