OXY/APC/RDS - Bloomberg tracks OXY Hague travel. My guess is that it is about GOM assets. CVX's Wirth didn't budge hardly (reduced breakup fee a bit) from initial offer. I was surprised in that I thought he would leave some room from his best offer.
