MARD/DARD/VIETSERI GMO biocert approvals for KBL/Prodigy DS silkworms occurred several months ago according to my sources and special conditions were agreed to.

The new VN GMO laws / regs were also passed by the VN govt. several month's ago.

7/1/19 is the effective date of these new laws that have been passed previously.

As to the contract being finalized on 7/1 - very high probability with a P/R or 8-K to follow next week even with the 7/4 US Holiday and shortened trading week. We'll see.
