Rest assured it's one of the major triggering conditions in the master and ancillary contracts that has to be in place on 7/1/19 for the financing master contract to be reviewed, finalized and signed in both VN and English.

Thanks Yankee. Does your statement mean, as long as everything is in place for 7/1, THEN the process will start for reviewing the financing contract, confirming translations, etc to then eventually sign the contract OR has that work already taken place and we can safely assume the financing contract will be signed next week, possibly on 7/1?
