Marzan, I have no idea what you are talking about. The fact is that we have likely all but put the finishing touches on the last query (they'll probably wait until August for four years from surgery for an OS data sweep, imo), and soft lock is merely a time thereafter in most trials to limit control of data changes to ONE PERSON.

When do you think Amarin "soft locked." It sure wasn't before LPLV in Late June 2018. It sure wasn't in August 2018 when the company got their internal topline. It does not take long between soft lock and hard lock. The soft lock issue is a red herring.

The time bottleneck is the SAP buy-in. That may or may not occur before September 1, 2019. Who knows? But I'm adamant that NWBO could otherwise be ready for hard data lock before September 2019 (unless they don't want to be). IMHO.
