I have similar complex issues, and believe me most of the doctors I've seen don't have a clue.

They left me on Alprazolam even though the labeling said not long term and not at my age.

Check out the sticky on epgenetics... you may have inherited some of your dad's "issues". (Apologies to all I have been sidetracked but not abandoned the sticky).

Yes, these are complex issues. IMO homeostasis is the foundation for recovery and Anavex can facilitate it. Modifications in diet, exercise, and lifestyle and thought processing may also be needed but with warped neurological processing these efforts may be taking place with one (or two) hands tied behind the back.
