I suspect nothing can happen until the legal matters are resolved.
AIC entered into agreements with two companies to provide a clean shell to each.
AIC was involved with SHRK and EEGI.
It seems logical that EEGI & SHRK were the two shells AIC was trying to clean up for the plaintiffs.
Therefore EEGI is almost certainly involved in the lawsuit.
It's also probable that Steve-o lied about EEGI having a new owner like he lied about everything else. He said that AIC sold EEGI in 2019, yet no changes have been recorded by Wyoming business registry since last year.
