I don't know what the Jurisdictional relevance there might be
from lingering issues but they will have to settle those over there.


Greece probably never care about the fact that there were checks and
balances that Aegean was responsible for but thats how they were
granted their listing and provisions in the US.


THE DOJ & SEC investigations are still going on relative to whatever
malfeasance Melissanidis is reponsible.
I doubt anyone in Greece thinks he did anything wrong because he
either paid them off or had them whacked.
